If you don't have a PIC-programmer yourself you can buy a preprogrammed PIC16F628A here. (As the PIC16F84 is phased out by Microchip it has been replaced with the backwards compatible 16F628A.)

Remember to select Tetris or pong in the game selecation below and also select video standard: PAL or NTSC.
