Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
Most orders will NORMALLY ship from us within 2-5 business days, depending on the stock and supply. But as we are a small company, vacation or other work may case delays up to 10 days. Currently the only shipping option is through insured airmail which usually takes around 2-3 days within Europe and 3-5 days to the rest of the world. If your package has not shown up in 2 weeks, please let us know so we can ask the postal service to investigate this. You can follow your order status from the "My Account" pages.

Return. Policy:
We guarantee that the goods you order are in perfect condition when they are delivered to you. If you should receive an item that is faulty or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days. When we receive your complaint we will send a pre-stamped return label to you. We will NOT accept any return of single chips or kits where the SMD protection bag has been opened. You are responsible for all shipping costs incured when returning itemsto us that are NOT damaged.
